XLT Software Package
Here you can download the complete XLT software package free of charge. This automatically includes a Basic License. With this license type, you can run tests with up to five virtual users. There is no time limit, nor any other usage restrictions. You can test the entire range of functions and are free to use XLT within your company or consulting projects. You can try it out in actual production environments and see if XLT is the right tool for you.

The Xceptance LoadTest release mailing list informs you about the availability of new software releases. Sign up here to stay updated. We use Mailchimp as provider.
Amazon Machine Images
The following Amazon Machine Images (AMI) are available free of charge. Using these images, you can start your own XLT client machines on Amazon EC2. Amazon will charge you for the infrastructure usage of course. Please note that these images will not be updated, we will provide a new image for the next XLT version instead. Make sure that your security group permits communication on port 8500. This is the XLT port on these machines.
