Support

Xceptance offers optional, comprehensive support packages, which can be purchased in conjunction with any license type. So you can use our support services, for example, together with a free Basic License.

Standard e-mail support ensures a response time of 24h for all support requests that are received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m. CET, except for public holidays).

The minimum support contract duration is one month. Support costs are $ 375 per month or $ 4500 per year. For longer durations individual volume pricing is available.

Support services are limited to one man-day per month. For each support contract two contact persons can be registered, who are authorized to send support requests using their e-mail addresses.

Support customers also get access to the XLT release management system, including access to the XLT discussion forum and to the XLT issue tracking database.

24/7 support is available on request.

Training

For an effective introduction to XLT, we offer individual product trainings. You get an overview as well as detailed information about the features and technical aspects of XLT, so that you very quickly become productive with XLT.

The training is held by experienced experts, who actively participate in the architecture and development of XLT and carry out regression and load testing using XLT regularly. They will also gladly answer your detailed questions.

The XLT training takes four hours and is limited to 10 participants. The whole training unit costs $ 2500 in total.
