QA Engineer for Performance and Automated Testing

Primary Responsibilities
- Designing, writing and executing load test scripts in Java, using Xceptance Load Test (XLT)
- Designing and creating automated tests using XLT
- Executing and evaluating load and automated tests
- Communicating test results to clients
Education, Experience, and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Demonstrated programming experience in Java
- Solid knowledge of basic Web technologies such as HTTP/S, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience with test automation using a tool from the xUnit family
- Experience with performance testing
- Demonstrated experience with test automation tools for web applications, such as Selenium, WebDriver, and QTP/UFT
- Experience with Unix environments a plus
