A Tolerant and Diverse Thuringia
We are part of a new initiative for a tolerant and diverse Thuringia.
Software testers have one thing in common: their obsession for quality and detail. The color of their skin or their nationality is not a feature of any importance to us. On the contrary, we appreciate all team members for their individual background and personality.
That’s why we are proud to support the newly founded initiative "Weltoffenes Thüringen". More than 5,000 regional companies, associations, and individuals united to set an example for tolerance and respectful coexistence in the Free State of Thuringia.
Together, we stand up for:
- a cosmopolitan and diverse Thuringia,
- respect for human dignity and indivisible human rights,
- a pluralistic democracy and the rule of law,
- a state in which people are accepted and welcomed,
- a peaceful and encouraging interaction with one another.
"Diverse teams achieve better solutions and follow more creative approaches. One of our most valuable goals is to create an appreciative and supportive working environment for our employees," Simone Drill says. "That's why it's important to us, that the same values are shared around us and new team members - especially those from other countries - feel at home in the city."
