Sipping a mojito under palm branches, dancing to salsa rhythms beneath the stars, enjoying a green oasis with fragrant flowers…no, we are not in Puerto Rico, this is what you do if you visit the Summer Festival of the Friedrich-Schiller University in Jena. Although the weather resembled a rainforest during rainy season, more than 5.000 guests enjoyed holiday vibes in the tropical ambience of the Botanical Garden and its premises. Like every year, we supported this unique event with a sponsorship and spent a beautiful evening there.
Water Test Kit
A novelty was the lab booth of the Thuringian Water Innovation Cluster, where children and other guests turned wine into water and tested the quality of Jena's drinking water. Since we know a thing or two about testing, we sponsored the mini-labs that were handed out as gifts to continue experimenting at home. Of course, we also tried out the test strips right away in our Jena office and were able to attest top water quality.
